DEPOSIT,
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
It is our
intention at SeaQuest Charters to provide a fair, honest, fun and
enjoyable experience. We understand that with this type of service there
are a lot of factors to be considered, weather and sea conditions are of
the most important. In order to insure our passengers an enjoyable voyage
safety is ALWAYS the first consideration. SeaQuest Charters requires a
$200.00 deposit to book any of our excursions, This deposit will hold your
date and time from any other booking. A full refund of this deposit is
guaranteed if the cancellation is made 7 Days prior to the day of
charter. Otherwise the deposit is forfeited. However
IF
we are able to re-book that day SeaQuest will refund 1/2 of the deposit.
We also stand-by a 45 minute
"NO SHOW" policy which
states that if you are more than 45 minuets late for your charter and do
not call the captain it is considered a NO SHOW and you will be charged
for the full trip amount. If you call to say you are running late that is no problem but
remember that your charter time starts at the stated departure time. Also the day of charter the
Captain will examine the weather conditions, brief the party and make the
determination to proceed, cancel or if possible re-schedule. If the
decision to cancel is made by the captain due to weather or any other
safety concerns the deposit will be refunded in full, However if the
party, after being briefed on the weather and sea conditions, decides to
continue on with the charter and after the boat leaves the dock, all
refunds if any will be at the discretions of
